Third Party Supplemental Information

At Upbound Group, Inc. (Upbound), we and our affiliates may share personal information with a select group of third parties and partners including third party advertisers, analytics providers, financial services providers, market research firms, our affiliates, subsidiaries or joint ventures, and with service providers.  When we share personal information with third parties, we only do so after executing a contract with the entity that includes provisions regarding the protection of personal information and restrictions on the processing of data.

Analytics Providers:

Third party entities that provide certain analytics information regarding Upbound services that may utilize cookies, tracking pixels, tags or similar tools, such as session replay technologies, and which may collect information about a user's browser, device, geolocation, and that may log how a user interacts with our Services. Such parties collect this information and provide it to Upbound for the purposes of analytics and research, customer service, marketing and advertising, newsletters and related communications, and website security and maintenance.

Third Party Advertisers:

Any third-party entity that develops or distributes advertising on behalf of Upbound. Information is shared with third party advertisers for the purpose of marketing and advertising and newsletters and related communications.

Third Party Business or Financial Services Partners:

Entities that Upbound may engage to provide its customers with additional credit / financial opportunities including market research firms and financial services partners.  Information shared with these entities is for the purpose of marketing and advertising.  You may revoke your consent for sharing of information with financial services providers by submitting a Do Not Sell request.

Service Providers:

Entities that process information or perform services on our behalf. Upbound maintains active contracts with these entities to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information.
